The Church of Our Heritage, located in Forest Lawn Memorial-Park - Covina Hills is a memorial to James Monroe, John Paul Jones, and George Washington. It was inspired by St. George's Church in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where these three patriots regularly worshipped and served as vestrymen in their younger days.


Church of Our Heritage

The historical room in the Church of Our Heritage contains a collection of documents, art and memorabilia, including letters written by James Monroe and John Paul Jones. Forest Lawn's churches have been used for countless weddings and christenings.
