Client Representative

Flower Shop Client Representatives are responsible for making flower presentations to client families as part of the funeral arrangement process.  They are responsible for selling flowers over the counter, answering phones, taking orders over the phone or in person, assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, balancing the cash drawer and taking payments.  

Requirements:We are looking for dedicated and friendly individuals with excellent customer service skills.  In this position you must be able to manage difficult or emotional customer situations in a professional manner. Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have good oral and written communication skills, type 35 wpm and be PC literate. Previous clerical experience with some sales and use of cash register preferred.  Must be able to lift 50 lbs and read, write and speak English.  Must be able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as required.
