Forest Lawn’s dedicated Service Department is seeking a leader in customer service with a professional demeanor to oversee the team that has the privilege of having daily face-to-face contact with the families we serve.  The Service Department Supervisor ensures that our funeral and memorial services, prayer vigils and visitations are run smoothly and to our families’ expectations.  This position also aids in directing public events and various day-to-day activities as well as scheduling staff for all services.  The supervisor is also responsible for administrating and coordinating all activities of the Service Department including training and maintaining a professional staff, maintaining Forest Lawn’s quality and ethical service standards.

Requirements:  Must have previous supervisory and customer service experience, a caring and professional demeanor, enjoy helping families at a difficult time, excellent speaking skills, a valid California Driver’s License and the ability to lift 100lbs.  Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
