At Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks & Mortuaries, we believe in offering families the option to plan ahead for some of life’s most difficult choices.  Our dynamic Advance Planning Department is dedicated to meeting with families and offering them the opportunity to pre-plan and purchase their cemetery and funeral needs.  This fast-paced department is seeking a professional with sales, customer service and management experience to serve as Manager to the Advance Planning division. This position will train and lead a team of professionals who are dedicated to informing families of the advantages of planning ahead for life’s most difficult time. This is a great opportunity to utilize your professional, organizational and motivational skills and work closely with a team of dedicated sales professionals in a well-established and reputable organization.

Requirements: Must have at least two years of sales management and previous customer service experience, excellent written communication skills, ability to communicate well with others, and ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment. Must be able to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be proficient in Word Excel and have a valid California Driver's license. Prior Mortuary/Funeral experience is a plus.
