Veteran NBC4 Weathercaster Fritz Coleman will serve as Master of Ceremonies, while Lieutenant Colonel Kurt Schlichter, Division Public Affairs Officer for the U.S. Army’s 40th Infantry Division, will give the keynote address.  Los Angeles City Councilmember Tom LaBonge of the 4th District will read the Presidential Proclamation.  In addition, there will be patriotic music from the 40th Infantry Band, as well as a rifle salute by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, a wreath laying ceremony, color guard, and more.
